Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. 
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures at assigned Program in alignment with the overall business strategy. 
• Manage daily workflow of the HR Coordinators 
• Maintains compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws and regulation. 

• Nurture a positive working environment that yields high employee engagement. 
• Assist with managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 
• Assess training needs to suggest ongoing development. 

Salary: $95,400 per year

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• 3 years of experience as HR Executive  
• Experience with labor unions
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred

Education: 

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
