Position Summary The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across search engines like Google and Bing. Will focus on driving targeted traffic to websites through paid search ads, utilizing strategies such as keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, and performance analysis. By monitoring and adjusting campaigns based on key metrics like cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates, they will ensure that ad spend delivers a strong return on investment (ROI) while maximizing visibility and lead generation for the business. Responsibilities: Support Paid Search campaign creation/management for new product launches, existing products, & focus initiatives in Google & Microsoft Ads. Continuously analyze data to improve ROI, focusing on key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, Conv. Rate, and ROAS. Provide actionable insights based on campaign data and trends, preparing performance reports for internal teams. Perform A/B testing of ad types, creative, copy, etc. & communicate results. Leverage CRM data to build robust remarketing campaigns at the brand/product type level. Optimizing Paid Search ad copy in Search & Performance Max campaigns. Coordinate with videography & graphics teams on creative asset creation. Assess landing pages & provide input to web team & merchandising team to help optimize user experience. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role. Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or similar discipline preferred. Automotive knowledge/familiarity with Holley Performance Brands preferred. Certifications and/or experience in Google Ads & Microsoft Ads preferred.
