PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the CFO .
Create billing weeklyPrepare Government Claims.Manage claims for the Government and other outside agencies.Ensure all monthly, quarterly, semi-annual reports are completed.Generate reports for government and outside funding sources.Journal entries / General LedgerAssist in preparation of financial reports, statements and analyses.Assist with financial statements to include balance sheet, income statement.Assist in preparation of Audit reports, for budget and grants statementsEnsure all reconciliations are completed .Assist auditors during their field work and analysis.Help prepare financial reportsAssist with general and fiscal operations.Meeting deadlines on a timely basis.Pleasant and cooperative attitude with co-workers.Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with the public and tQUALIFICATIONS
B.A. or A.A.S. degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.Advanced Excel skillsMust have demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and independentassignments.Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.Salary 75,000-80,000
