Learn more at betsol.com Job Description BETSOL is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to manage and maintain the technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in network management, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and supporting daily IT operations . This role requires broad knowledge across networking, security, and IT support , as well as the ability to work independently to solve technical problems and keep systems running smoothly. Responsibilities Network & Systems Management Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, and server racks. Ensure uptime of access points, firewalls, and NAS (Network Attached Storage) devices. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues. IT Support & Troubleshooting Provide day-to-day technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. Manage and troubleshoot office devices (e.g., printers, scanners). Provide remote support to employees when required. Manage IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Coordinate with vendors for purchasing and repairs. Ensure adherence to IT security best practices. Qualifications 3 years of experience in IT support or system/network administration. Proficient with firewall management (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, or similar). Hands-on experience managing LAN/WAN networks and switches. Familiarity with NAS systems, server racks, and network cabling. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems. Experience configuring and supporting access points and wireless networks. Familiarity with printer setup and troubleshooting. Familiarity with VPN configuration for remote access. Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
