IT Network Operations Lead

Job Title: IT Network Operations Lead Location: Honolulu, HI Duration: 12 month(s) Type: Contract Must-have skills: Enterprise network operations Network engineering Change Management Nice-to-have skills : Service Management Incident Response Issue management. Responsibilities: Resource will be Network Operations/security lead managing 8 offshore resources and responsible for L2 services. Operations will include firewalls, routers, switches, circuits, VPN gateways. Will need to coordinate with other IT teams - ex. platform, database, application, etc. Will need to represent Network team on P1/P2 bridges and contribute to critical incident response. Will be responsible for Continuous improvement plan for team. Will need to manage their team and relationships with other IT tower leads. Apply deep understanding of IT network architecture and operations to effectively monitor, support, and troubleshoot issues.
