Network Technician Information Technology Company Overview: Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. or "SIA", located in Lafayette, Indiana, is the only Subaru vehicle manufacturing facility outside of Japan. Position Summary: The IS Network Technician is responsible for assisting with the coordination and management of SIA's phone systems to include configuration, updates, basic troubleshooting, and hardware repair/replacement. They will also collaborate with other departments to determine mobile connectivity needs and support the greater networking/IS teams in phone systems related issues. Outline of duties: Assist maintaining phone system configuration and updates across multiple facilities. Assist maintaining phone system endpoint VOIP, analog, soft phone, and mobile device application. Assist maintaining Microsoft Azure MDM "Mobile Device Management" policies and profiles. Assist with Mobile device management including software updates, hardware repair or replacement, inventory, and device accountability. Assist with Private Cellular - addingemoving devices and maintaining profiles. Supports helpdesk efforts with mobile device concerns. Assist maintaining a guest BYOD infrastructure through sponsorship end-user experience. Collaborate with multiple departments and contractors to determine their mobile connectivity needs and/or concerns. Assist with swapping network racked equipment. Basic network troubleshooting. Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience Phone system support and configuration experience Desired Qualifications: 2 years' experience mobile device management software. 2 years' experience with troubleshooting Android and iOS software & hardware. 3CX Certification(s) 5 years' experience with Microsoft Intune MDM "Mobile Device Management" Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) Cell phone repair technician certification (Android) A certification Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to employing a diverse workforce.
