Information Technology Support Technician

We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Technician to join a reputable law firm client in Atlanta - responsible for managing and maintaining the desktop and end-user environment of the Atlanta office.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on desktop and laptop systems.Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals such as printers, monitors, and mobile devices.Perform system upgrades, patch management, and software updates on user devices.Manage and configure user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.Assist with the setup and support of remote connections, VPNs, and other network-related tasks.Work closely with other IT team members to escalate and resolve more complex issues.Train and assist end users with system usage, security best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in desktop support, helpdesk support, or a similar IT role.Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, desktop applications, and network troubleshooting.Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and remote support tools.Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and VPN technologies.Interested?
