Our client, a global technology company, is looking for a bright and capable Executive Assistant to support their Chief of Finance as well as provide light support to three other high-level executives. Candidates should possess skills in core executive tasks including meeting organization, calendar mastery, operations coordination, and travel arrangements. In addition, candidates must be experienced in C-level support within finance, and be comfortable handling finance-specific administrative tasks such as investor interactions, financial earnings documents, and more. If you thrive in a collaborative team and are looking for a place to flex your administrative skills, we would love to hear from you!***This is a hybrid role located in San Jose with three fixed onsite days.What youll do:Coordinate the calendar, meeting organization, and note-taking for the Chief Financial OfficerBuild presentations and documents as needed for reports and other finance needsCollaborate with team specializing in IR as well as investors to ensure all arrangements, meetings, and information sharing run smoothlyJuggle projects and day to day tasks with ease, properly prioritizing and collaborating with CFOManage and address requests from multiple departments, connecting with internal and external actorsEnsure meetings are prepared, run, and items followed up on flawlesslyWhat youll bring:A Bachelors degree is preferredExperience with directly supporting high-level financial operations5+ years of assistant experience supporting teams or executives within a finance capacityExcellent organizational and strategic support skillsOutstanding written and oral communication skillsComfortability with financial terminology and common tech, including NetSuite/Smartsheets/Concur and moreSalary Range:$130K - $160KYou can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
