Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Platform squad, a key part of the Salesforce CRM cohort within the Associate Digital Experience Product Area (Personal Investing). In this role, you will collaborate across Sales and Service organizations, translating business visions into solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a secure and reliable CRM platform that fosters innovation and enables teams to create exceptional client and associate experiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners to translate their vision into Salesforce solutions. Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, leveraging Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, and more. Develop Lightning Apps using Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Web Components. Implement and manage workflows, Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Platform events to enhance business capabilities. Utilize CI/CD tools such as Flosum, Jenkins, and uDeploy for continuous integration and release management. Provide production support and ensure smooth deployment in high-velocity environments. Monitor system performance using observability tools like Splunk or Datadog. Handle big data migrations, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and quality assurance. Work with Oracle and Snowflake databases, automating data management scripts. Drive innovation by employing Agile methodologies and bridging business and IT teams. Take personal accountability for outcomes and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6 years of CRM development experience with Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. Strong expertise in CI/CD practices with tools like Flosum, Jenkins, and uDeploy. Experience in big data migration and database management with Oracle and Snowflake. Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog. Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate across business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Financial systems or production support experience. Experience with data warehouses and complex relational databases. Proven ability to navigate complex data relationships and automate data scripts. Certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator. Certified Salesforce Developer. Education: Bachelors Degree
