Find your place on our team and help us change the world SkyWater is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team to support Wafer Services and Advanced Technology Services in Bloomington, MN At SkyWater, together we fuel innovation, while growing professionally and producing intelligent solutions. If you're searching for an exciting culture where you can grow, consider joining SkyWater Responsibilities: Reviewing and approving production related documentation. Ensuring Quality management System requirements related to production are met for the certifications we hold (Ex. ISO 9001/ISO 13485/IATF 16949/AS9100). Reviewing and providing feedback on Risk Management tools such as FMEA. Provide corrective actions to nonconformities in their respective areas and verify the effectiveness of these actions. Work on continuous improvement activities within their respective areas. Work collaboratively with other departments. Required Qualifications: BS in Engineering or other relevant discipline/equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 2 to 4 years quality engineering experience in a regulated environment. Clear problem-solving capability with data driven systematic approaches to finding solutions. Customer first mindset. Positive interpersonal skills, highly energetic, and self-motivated, & able to work on cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and deliver results. Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet business needs. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of equipment used in the manufacture of semiconductor wafers desired. Understanding of production related sections of standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AS 9100). Understanding of how to implement effective Corrective Action. Familiar with statistical analysis tools, SPC, DOEs, and MSAs. Understanding of Risk Management. AIAG FMEA knowledge preferred.
