Compensation Senior Manager
role will prepare job descriptions, conduct job evaluation and salary surveys, manage salary structures, develop salary budgets, and administer policies and procedures to provide equitable and competitive employee compensation.
Responsibilities:This
Compensation Senior Manager
role will assist in the design and development of compensation philosophy, objectives, and guiding principles that support the organization strategy. Collaborate with the HR team to understand business issues in the development of key objectives and philosophy of compensation programs.Advise and make recommendations to subsidiary and local HRBPs regarding compensation plans and issues. Serve as consultant to HRBPs, management, and employees on compensation related issues.Design, develop, implement, and administer various compensation programs including base, short-term incentive (including sales incentive), bonus, equity, and deferred compensation programs. Collaborate with local HR to oversee implementation and communication.Design and implement processes for the development of job descriptions and manage the process. Evaluate positions using established market evaluation system for placement into appropriate compensation system. Coordinate survey participation with local HR to develop local implementation plans. Create and/or maintain salary structures as needed. Conduct market research; prepare evaluations; and provide recommendation.Maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation that may affect compensation policies. Responsible for knowing local laws relating to employee compensation programs, partnering with appropriate individuals related to local laws, and periodically review compensation policies/plans for conformance.Keep current on new trends and developments in compensation. Recommend changes to existing compensation programs/policies and may provide leadership in conducting change.Manage and perform total rewards market analysis including competitive market position for current plans including budget recommendations. Develop modeling templates for various compensation analyses.Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree8 years relevant professional experience in CompensationPC expertise and proven problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of all MS Office applications including Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.Proven analytical abilities.U.S. Person Required: SkyWater Technology Foundry, Inc. subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
