Position Summary:
As a USG Contracts Administrator, you'll enable growth and compliance in SkyWater's US Government business lines. You will be responsible for all elements of a contract's lifecycle, including SOW negotiation, proposal support, reps & certs, negotiation & execution, implementation and tracking, flowdown determination and tracking, reports and deliverables documentation, scope change and modifications, funding requests & tracking, closeout and disposition. In addition, you'll be involved in various aspects of compliance and auditing across financial, contractual and regulatory elements.
Responsibilities:Review, redline, and negotiate contracting documents with our customers.Complete Reps and Certs and other collateral documentation in support of proposals, contracts, and modifications.Proposal support including requirements/compliance tracking, justifications, and submissions.Coordinate internal review of contracts and modifications, and summarize feedback for negotiation.Obtain signatures on negotiated agreements and modifications, and file / record appropriately.Review flowdowns for applicability in our contracts, and provide flowdown lists for subcontracting.Track, generate and submit documentation for deliverables and reports.Identify scope and scope change, and pursue scope modifications as needed.Contract closeout coordination and property disposition.Track and update registrations and certifications, including regulatory aspects.Provide and/or coordinate contract interpretations for internal stakeholders.Submit funding requests and drive to closure.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience to meet expectations.Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of the organization, both internal and external.Demonstrated writing ability including contract clause drafting, writing justifications.Ability to work cross-functionally to organize and motivate teams to deliver work product.U.S. Citizen Required:
This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance (up to TS/SCI) which requires U.S Citizenship.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference to have experience with USG contracting including FAR/DFAR, OTA, cost-type and fixed-price contracts.Experience in semiconductor fabrication or microelectronics technology.Travel: willing to travel to visit customers and subcontractors at various sites up to 10%.Preferred active or historical DoD clearance.SkyWater has an exciting environment where the brightest semiconductor minds come together to achieve exceptional results.
