Job Title - Desktop Support
Location - Titusville, FL (Onsite)
Hire Type - Full Time (Permanent)
Job description - Minimum 5 years for Deskside support experience Good networking skills and Customer focus attitude. Good Problem-Solving skills L2 Technical skills on troubleshooting on Windows 7 / 10 operating system issues. Knowledge and L1/L2 Skills on Active directory and GPO troubleshooting. Hardware troubleshooting on Laptops / Desktops / Docking stations etc. Knowledge on Outlook, User profile issue, Mobile phone troubleshooting to Intune. Knowledge on SCCM for OS Staging / Windows patches troubleshooting. Knowledge on basic network troubleshooting skills. Knowledge on Wi-Fi access points. Knowledge on Switches / Router installation. Knowledge about cables patching and ports. Knowledge on physical rack and stack of servers, network devices etc. Knowledge on basic Unix skills. Co-ordinate with Offshore teams for the L2/L3 tickets and backend team to resolve the issues.
