**Job Description:**- Work in a pediatric unit with 38 beds and a team of 15 staff members.- Provide care in a facility that operates with a team structure of up to 10 RNs and 3 PCTs per shift, with a charge nurse available.- Maintain patient ratios of 1:4.- Handle equipment and documentation using EMR - Meditech.- Conduct various procedures, including respiratory care, central line care, G-TUBE/NG tube management, drains, and preoperative/postoperative care.- Float between different pediatric care areas including the medical/surgical floor, intensive care units, and oncology as needed.- Wear royal blue scrubs as part of the dress code.- Required to work four weekend shifts.
