**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Duration:** 26 Weeks Preferred (Will accept 13 weeks or any duration up to 26 weeks)
**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 3 shifts per 13 weeks
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of PCU experience required
**License:** Valid state license (pending license accepted)
**Certifications:** Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); BSN preferred
**Must-Have:**- Experience with ventilators, IV starts, telemetry, long-term vent care, weaning, pulmonary rehab, and tracheostomies- Phlebotomy skills, vent management, arterial blood gas (ABG) draw preferred, trach management, port access, and central line experience
**Job Description:**
- Handle nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2-3 for all shifts- Work every other weekend- Float within the service line, including to medical-surgical units as needed- Participate in a unit that manages vent care alongside respiratory therapists- Perform required procedures and handle unit-specific details with expertise- Use EPIC charting system for patient records- Candidates expected to work two out of three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day)- Engage in orientation and required module completions before start- Willingness to accommodate within the service line to meet facility needs
This position is open to first-time applicants in this specialty and accepts candidates with pending licensure. Local candidates must reside outside a specified radius. Accommodations for block scheduling are not available.
