Professional development and growth opportunities.Job DetailsAs the Product Manager you will be representing the organization in engagements with surgeons and healthcare professionals daily. You will be building strong relationships through daily appointments focused on product education and guidance on instrumentation and surgical techniques.The role is as follows:
Achieve and exceed sales objectives for the spine product line within the assigned territory. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio, business objectives, pricing strategies, and sales methodologies. Regularly communicate with customers on product updates, portfolio changes, and educational opportunities. Conduct training sessions for physicians on products, utilizing labs, courses, and other educational programs. Coach and train sales representatives and associates, providing technical insights and support. Manage field inventory and sales samples as assigned. Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including sales figures, quotas, and planning worksheets, across annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly intervals. Uphold high ethical standards and compliance in all professional interactions and activities. Participate in sales meetings and relevant professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3 years of successful product sales experience in the spine or orthopedic implant industry, or within a surgical team environment. Proven experience engaging with customers in the spine, orthopedics, and biologics markets. Comfortable working in surgical/operating room settings.
