This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will be challenged daily. Your primary role will be to oversee all financial activities of the company, including financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax preparation. As a key member of the finance team, you will have a direct impact on the strategic direction of the company and will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance.Responsibilities:1. Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.2. Prepare detailed company financial reports for the periodical and annual basis.3. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.4. Oversee tax preparation, audit, and other financial-related activities.5. Manage accounts receivable, general ledger, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial operations.6. Analyze and manage variable costs to maximize profitability.7. Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.8. Collaborate with management on the development and execution of funding strategies.9. Assist in establishing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls.10. Participate in strategic planning, fraud prevention, and budget development.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or other relevant certification is highly preferred.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.3. Proven expertise in financial analysis, financial reporting, financial accounting, forecasting, tax preparation, accounts receivable, general ledger, balance sheets, profit & loss, budgeting, variable cost, and GAAP.4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.5. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.6. Strong computer skills, particularly with accounting software and MS Office.7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven business decisions.8. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees and management.9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.10.
