**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
**Job Description**
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for performing quality inspections of manufactured products to ensure they meet the company's regulations and standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform quality inspections for both dimensional and cosmetic checks of manufactured products.
+ Enter dimensional and cosmetic data into Center for Audit Quality (CAQ) software using Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems.
+ Measure product dimensions to verify conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
+ Inspect the quality of raw materials received from suppliers using visual checks and Incoming Goods Control (IGC).
**Essential Skills**
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
+ Detail-oriented in evaluating, documenting, and adhering to specified procedures.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to multi-task while maintaining high quality control.
+ Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience with inspection, quality control, quality assurance, calipers, micrometers, blueprints, CMM, and visual inspections.
