Description
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Identify project milestones and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, conduct regular financial analysis, and implement cost-control measures.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating activities to ensure timely completion of milestones and project phases.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and costs.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in large-scale warehouse and big box construction projects from start to finish.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
