Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and enforce internal financial controls and policies.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring effective performance.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with a background in non-profit organizations preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
