Job Title: Infrastructure Administrator Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Administrator with expertise in both compute and storage technologies. The successful candidate will perform systems administration activities to support and maintain Windows Server operating systems and platforms. Key Responsibilities: Administer and support technologies including virtualization, automation, directory services, application delivery, file services, and DNS. Maintain Backup, NAS, and SAN environments. Deploy automated compute and storage solutions in line with approved designs and business requirements. Implement lifecycle management activities. Review daily reports and tickets for compliance issues. Provide performance analysis, installation, and tuning of compute and storage infrastructure. Manage compute and storage systems in an enterprise environment. Document and maintain administration processes and procedures. Mentor team members and ensure knowledge sharing. Develop and maintain standards. Build reports to show system health and performance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. Make timely recommendations to solve problems using independent judgment. Participate in On-Call duties as required. Ensure compliance with operational standards in a federally regulated industry. Perform other duties as assigned. Technical Capabilities: Highly Desired: Cisco UCS Hardware Platform VMware vSphere and ESXi Data Protection and Recovery NAS SMB and NFS protocols SAN Microsoft Active Directory DNS/DHCP/NTP (Infoblox platform) Windows Server Recommended: Pure Storage FlashArray and FlashBlade Cohesity Archive Solutions Storage Fabric Switching (Zoning, Masking, Mapping) PowerShell PKI Scripting and automation capabilities Knowledge of IT security best practices SCCM Patching VMware Horizon Qualifications: Proven experience in systems administration for Windows Server operating systems. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Willingness to learn and mentor others.
