Lead Application Support Engineer

Lead Application Support Engineer Locations: Coppell, TX, Jersey City, NJ This is a Full-time/Permanent Position with our Client (Visa sponsorship is not available for this role) Distributed application experience must have. Job description for Jersey City ,NJ: Hands on experience in distributed systems like Unix, Linux, Windows, SQL/PLSQL. Experience supporting web-based systems and N-Tier Systems. Middleware experience (Solace, Tomcat, Liberty Server, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss) Supporting Microservices systems. Experience Supporting systems on Containers and Container Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift). Scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ruby, Shell, Perl, JavaScript). Familiarity working with relational databases (DB2, Oracle, Snowflake). Preferred to have Mainframe troubleshooting and support skills (COBOL, JCL, DB2, DB2 Stored Procedures, CICS, SPUFI, File aid). Mainframe scheduling (Job abends, Predecessor/Successor) is good to have. Scheduling Tool experience (CA AutoSys, Control-M). Monitoring and Data Tools experience (Splunk, Dynatrace, Data Dog, Thousand Eyes, Grafana, Selenium, HiPam IBM Zolda). Cloud Technologies (AWS services (S3,EC2,Lambda,SQS,IAM roles), Azure, OpenShift, RDS Aurora, Postgres) is preferred. Messaging Queue Systems (IBM MQ, Oracle AQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka). Demonstrated experience with ETL tools (Informatica Datahub/IDQ, Talend).
