We are seeking a business systems analyst to analyze, design, and implement effective systems to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals. Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirementsConducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and system functionalitiesTranslating business requirements into detailed system specificationsWorking closely with development teams to design solutions that meet business objectives and align with technology standardsDeveloping comprehensive process maps and workflows to visualize current and future statesIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and automationAnalyzing data requirements and structures, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectivesCollaborating with database architects and data analysts to optimize data-related processesDeveloping test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality against business requirementsCollaborating with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and ensure successful implementation of systemsActing as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teamsCommunicating technical concepts clearly and understandablyManaging expectations and providing regular updates on project progressFacilitating change management processes including user training and documentationEnsuring smooth transitions for end-users when implementing new systems or enhancementsWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degreeMinimum 10 years directly relevant experience including comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expertWe welcome candidates with an advanced degree and equivalent years of experience.
