Job Summary: The SAP SCM/MM Senior Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Materials Management (MM) solutions, with a focus on SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full lifecycle implementations and a proven track record of delivering results. This role requires a high level of accountability, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in SAP S4 HANA SCM/MM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. Design, configure, and customize SAP SCM/MM modules to meet business needs. Provide expertise in supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics. Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity and performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define solutions, and implement changes. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and enhancements. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SCM/MM solutions, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed. Stay current with SAP S4 HANA updates, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SCM/MM with a focus on SAP S4 HANA implementations. Strong understanding of supply chain and materials management processes. Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to take accountability and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. SAP certification in SCM/MM and/or S4 HANA is a plus.
