Prepare reports, correspondence, proposals, meeting materials and presentations; organize, review, edit and distribute communications; receive and screen phone calls, visitors and mailManage multiple calendars, including scheduling appointments and providing itinerariesManage meeting planning including: scheduling meetings and preparing agendas; anticipate and coordinate needs for meeting such as logistics, equipment, catering, etc.; on occasion, may need to take and distribute meeting minutesMaintain accuracy of organizational charts, mailing lists and contact listsMaintain a variety of files and reports; identify opportunities when automation would assist in the overall operations of the group or departmentCoordinate all aspects of travel (flights, transportation, hotels, directions, etc.), including international travelHandle highly confidential and critical informationManage office space needs and requirements; support new hire on-boarding by setting up office space, arrange for equipment, supplies, etc.Process invoicing and prepare purchase orders; compile and submit expense reports, budget and analyses, and review any reconciliation of invoicesThis position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent6+ years of relevant work experienceModerate to advanced acumen with Microsoft Office Suite; outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading; strong attention to details with an emphasis on organization and prioritization skill
