If you are a current Chamberlain Group employee, please click here to apply through your Workday account.This role is responsible for leading and developing the Risk Management strategy for Chamberlain Group and the Parent Company. The function protects the assets of the organization using a methodical approach of identification, implementation, management and control of known and unknown risks. This includes negotiating insurance placement and coverage terms and conditions, risk transfer, contract reviews, claims management oversight and loss control activities. This position cultivates and manages relationships with third party service providers including brokers, insurers, and consultants. This role regularly interfaces with department personnel at all levels to remain current on business activities and strategic plans to ensure the insurance structure appropriately protects the business exposures.Responsibilities:

Identify loss exposures, recommend solutions, direct the structure of insurance programs, and implement approved programs and other risk mitigation strategies.Manage insurance carrier and broker relationships, evaluating market conditions throughout renewal cycle.Research insurance program structures based on company risk profile, risk appetite and market availability; negotiate most favorable terms and conditions at renewal based on appropriate levels of retained liability.Prepare supporting documentation, meet with auditor and review casualty program audit work annually.Provide regular reporting to senior executives and the Audit Committee related to insurance program structure, policy terms, limits and deductibles, loss payments and reserves, and overall cost of risk.Manage end-to-end claim process for all insurance policies (e.g. D&O, Worker's Comp, Auto, Property and Casualty, Employment Practices, Cyber, Fiduciary, Crime, etc.); manage relationship with all insurance carriers, brokers, third party administrators and legal counsels.Implement and manage all aspects of the Business Continuity Plan including administration of company-wide BCP programs, performance of periodic system reviews and maintenance of best practices.Develop and maintain insurance budget for all lines of coverage.Perform risk due diligence and integration for all acquisitions and investment opportunities.Maintain awareness of emerging risks and market responses to these risks including insurance products and risk transfer vehicles; evaluate and propose options to management as appropriate; improve overall health and safety outcomes of the organization as part of Chamberlain Group's Global Safety Council.Respond to company personnel requests to provide insurance certificates and auto ID cards; provide insurance resources to company personnel.Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members.Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies.Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications.Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the Chamberlain Group mission, vision and values.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree; ARM required.10-15 years of progressive experience in the fields of insurance or risk management.Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key underwriters, brokers, and other service providers; Must possess strong problem identification & resolution capabilities along with strong & professional judgment & decision making abilities.Ability to travel up to 15%, both international and/or domestic travel may be required.Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in fusion software.
