Primary Skills: Customer Service-Expert, Technical Proficiency-Intermediate, Communication-Expert, Time Management-Advanced, Troubleshooting-Intermediate Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6 Months with possible Extension Location: Remote Pay Range: $18 - $23 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist with a strong orientation towards providing exceptional customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers to resolve technical issues, managing individual queues to ensure the efficiency of our service level agreements, and documenting all customer interactions accurately. This role demands a highly empathetic individual who is adept at troubleshooting and possesses the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote working environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide empathetic and efficient customer support via email (25 per day) and phone (10 per day), maintaining SLAs. Proactively manage and resolve customer requests in individual queues to ensure timely and efficient service. Document detailed case notes for each customer interaction, covering contact information, issue experience, and troubleshooting steps. Assist customers with account management, technical issues related to subscription based software, billing, and refunds. Apply knowledgeable solutions and escalate issues appropriately to maintain customer satisfaction and support efficiency. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in customer support via chat, email, and phone. Technical proficiency with computer systems, software, and Google Suite. Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy. Industry Experience: Experience in a technical support role, preferably with knowledge or exposure to subscription based softwares or similar software applications. Comfort with billing/invoicing systems and account management processes is desirable.
