Primary Skills: IT Troubleshooting (Intermediate), Remote Support (Intermediate), Active Directory (Basic), Incidents/Service requests Intermediate), Contact Center (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Part-time (3 Days per week) Duration: 12 Months Location: Oklahoma City, OK - 73142 (LI - Remote) Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour LP Job Summary: The Service Desk Analyst I role is crucial in providing technical support through phone, chat, and web for both business and IT-related issues. The position involves troubleshooting a range of technical problems, maintaining up-to-date knowledge on relevant product/service offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. This 100% virtual, part-time contractor position demands a keen ability to document issues accurately and provide clear resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Offer basic service desk support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Act as a proactive representative of technical services to customers, enhancing their support experience. Efficiently manage incident initiations, escalations, and resolutions. Perform timely 1st level problem determination using established procedures. Continuously update knowledge on product/service offerings to deliver technically accurate solutions. Must-Have Skills: Experience in CompTIA A, Net, or Microsoft Desktop Professional. Proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow and Active Directory. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Industry Experience: Previous experience in an enterprise support environment or contact center is highly desirable.
