Your role as a trauma nurse includes:Coordinating resources (multiple orders, consulting services, etc.), perform serial assessments and identify changes, analyze trends in your patient’s assessment, determining priorities, communication, and documentation. You should document your assessment, any interventions done, re-assessment after interventions, any significant events, and communication with the trauma team
