Responsibilities Need someone in range of 2-3 years. Technical Support Participate as a member of the IT technical team to analyze functional or service requirements. Implement end-user or enterprise infrastructure services under guidance from senior engineers. Operate and administer infrastructure or software platforms of moderate complexity. Issue Resolution Resolve technical issues within your area of expertise. Identify potential escalations and proactively alert management. Provide solutions to prevent recurring problems, including patch management. Documentation and Configuration Ensure configuration management database entries are complete and accurate. Document solutions and incident resolution notes in English. On-Site Support Provide on-site field support, including installation, servicing, and repairing systems and equipment. Escort client/vendor suppliers as needed. Hardware and Software Troubleshooting Address hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and accessories. Troubleshoot software issues related to Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Skype for Business, OneDrive, and other corporate applications. Manage Microsoft patches, corporate software deployments, and group policies. System Imaging and Upgrades Build and reimage corporate-issued PCs. Perform necessary hardware upgrades to enhance end-user productivity. Network Troubleshooting Address LAN/WAN issues impacting employee productivity. Utilize understanding of networking basics, TCP/IP, VPN, secure access methodologies, and wireless technologies.
