Job Description: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit. - Monitor fetal heart rates and patient vitals, responding to any changes. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Assist in procedures and deliver patient education as needed. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of care. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Support patients emotionally and provide guidance throughout the birthing process. - Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment for patients and their families.
