Scrum Master Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Scrum Master Senior Manager in Philadelphia, PA, and the job duties are as follows:

Work with software development teams to understand and estimate the level of effort to implement new application features.

Work with application architects and technical experts to design new application features that meet the prescribed business needs.

Document new application features as decided upon by application architects, technical experts, and business stakeholders.

Serve as a subject matter expert for applications in conversations with dependent client teams.

Run daily team meetings where the status of each work item is discussed and any impediments to work are raised. Resolve any impediments to completing work on time.

Provide updated delivery timelines for application features to stakeholders.

Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.

Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing applications.

Manage large teams and work efforts.

Conduct project and issue management (status reporting, issue reporting, ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work.

Interact with client and Accenture senior management, which involves negotiating or influencing significant project matters.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 7 years of experience in the following:

Working on analytics structured query language; and

Scripting.

Must have 5 years of experience in the following:

Cloud environments, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure;

Managing large scale applications projects, including project financials and project budget;

Technical delivery project management experience, including delivering projects with waterfall and Agile methodology;

Strategizing and delivering DevOps solutions;

Managing project development lifecycle starting from initiation to planning through closure; and

Working with XL Deploy, XL Release, Jenkins, UDeploy, Bamboo, or Electric Cloud.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
