Job Overview
As an Assistant to the President, you will play a crucial role in supporting the President in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Duties
Provide high-level administrative support to the President
Manage the President's calendar and schedule appointments
Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the President
Assist in organizing events and special projects
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Skills
Proficient in Google Suite for document creation and collaboration
Strong office management skills with experience in Outlook Calendar
Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
Experience in event planning and coordination
Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications
Strong customer service orientation with exceptional phone etiquette
Administrative skills to handle a wide range of tasks effectively
Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial management
