Primary Skills: SQL (Expert), Data Analysis (Advanced), Experimentation (Intermediate), Product Growth-(Advanced), Quantitative Analysis (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12 Months Location: LI-Remote Pay Range: $64.93 - $69.93 per hour LP JOB SUMMARY: Analyze data trends, drive product ideation, and lead experimentation projects with a focus on optimizing product experiences for long-term growth. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creative product thinking, and robust cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to the product's success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive long-term growth through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation. Use data to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence strategy. Identify opportunities for growth and prioritize actions to maximize long-term impact. Work closely with engineering, product management, data science, and other teams to implement strategies that achieve product goals. Lead the design and analysis of experiments to inform launch decisions. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Expert level in SQL with the ability to tell compelling stories through data. 3 years in analytical or product roles, preferably with experience in technology or digital product companies. Proficient in data analysis and capable of translating insights into actionable strategies. Experience in building dashboards to streamline data visualization.
