Primary Skills: SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Cloud Data Management, A/B Testing Contract Type: W2 Duration: 11 Months Location: San Jose, CA Pay Range: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking an Analytics Specialist to drive analytics for Document Cloud, focusing on unlocking growth and monetization opportunities through detailed analysis, hypothesis testing, and collaborative insights generation. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize monetization opportunities, customer behavior, and product features. Additionally, the candidate will handle data analysis needs, support in defining metrics/reporting frameworks, and develop insightful dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-regional teams to analyze monetization opportunities and customer/product behaviors. Generate actionable insights to enhance customer experience and drive monetization. Design and implement reporting dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators. Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and utilize A/B testing analytics to support decision-making. Stitch and calibrate data across various sources, ensuring quality and insights generation. Must-Have Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets. Strong analytical and A/B testing skills Proficiency in Tableau & Power BI for sophisticated reporting/dashboard development. Industry Experience: Experience in Cloud Platform analytics, especially Databricks, is preferred. Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics knowledge is a significant plus.
