Primary Skills: Statistics-Expert, SQL-Expert, Python-Advanced, Tableau-Advanced, A/B Testing-Expert Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 3 Months with Possible Extension Location: San Jose (LI-Hybrid 3 Days a Week) Pay Range: $70 - $75 Per Hour. on W2 LP JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Buyer Taxonomy and Site Navigation team, focusing on improving the browsing experience through data-driven insights. The role involves supporting product launches by measuring their impact on customer behavior and search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, a knack for translating business problems into quantitative analysis, and a passion for practical business impact. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with product teams to translate business problems into quantitative analyses, leading to actionable solutions. Design and execute A/B tests or pre-post analyses to measure the performance of product changes. Analyze large data sets to understand the impact of product changes on customer journey and business metrics. Conduct cohort studies and analyses to identify opportunities for product improvement. Present data-driven insights to product teams, ensuring statistical rigor and clear business recommendations. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in SQL and statistical toolkits like R, Python, or PySpark. Strong experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion. Industry Experience Required: Experience in eCommerce or a related sector is preferred, with a focus on customer behavior analysis and site navigation optimization.
