Job Title: Business Technology Analyst Job Description: Analyze business and financial problems to develop and implement software systems solutions. Interpret and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments. Develop project plans and initiation charters. Build and execute project plans in conformance with established standards and procedures. Document and communicate business and system requirements for development teams. Perform risk analysis and mitigation. Communicate project status and issues to senior management and project sponsors. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Work with development teams to triage defects and ensure changes are migrated into production correctly. Provide on-going production support for systems. Telecommuting permitted up to 20%. Job Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field and 3 years of experience in each of the following: Managing projects, creating project plans, release planning, timelines, and resource allocation plans, for projects valued at over $1 million with teams of over 10 participants and project duration of at least 7,500 hours. Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements and analyzing and documenting workflows, custom objects, access levels, hierarchy, and policies in the Salesforce CRM Cloud Platform. Organizing and facilitating Agile SCRUM ceremonies, sprint and release planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos. Creating product backlog items, epics, features, and user stories, driving continuous improvement initiatives using Agile Project Management tools. Managing end to end User Acceptance Testing, creating UAT Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Data, managing execution of test cases with business users, providing status reporting, defect triage and defect management, and procuring signoff from business. Experience may be gained concurrently. SALARY: $103,334-$151,300 per year. BENEFITS: This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.
