HR Generalist
will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and help facilitate HR processes. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Help with onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training logistics.Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.Support payroll processing and employee timekeeping.Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.Help with performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Working Conditions:

Compensation:
