Walker Sands is seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to help support our clients' paid media advertising and marketing programs. To be successful in this role, you should have an analytical mindset and a desire to learn more about the paid media space.

Responsibilities

Lead at least one client's cross-channel, paid media strategy by collaborating with the account manager and paid team director.

Work with paid media account leads to develop clients' paid media advertising and marketing strategies with the account team.

Client-facing communication (written and verbal) on paid media and integrated marketing strategies, execution, and results.

Conduct and review keyword research as an input to our clients' paid media programs.

Develop and review audiences for prospecting, remarketing, and paid social campaigns.

Write and review effective, enticing, and on-brand ad copy for paid media ads.

Create, set up, monitor, and manage performance-based paid media campaigns across multiple channels.

Optimize campaigns based on budget, lead generation, and brand awareness goals, cost-per-action targets, and other parameters that the paid leads or clients specify.

Understand and help drive larger marketing strategy for clients, in line with their business, goals, and target audience.

Provide ideas for efficiencies and further results based on program workflow as well as client goals and needs.

Assist with regular reporting and provide recommendations to paid media account leads and clients based on paid media program results.

Develop and maintain keyword and audience bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, client interest groups, targeted lists, and other applicable social media platform data in accordance with account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, engagement rates, and other important account metrics.

Recommend negative keywords and placements through search term reports and placement report audits.

Budget pace client accounts.

Work internally and within clients' external project management systems to complete tasks.

Keep up-to-date with paid media advertising and marketing industry trends and developments and share learnings with the paid media team.

Qualifications

1-2 years of full-time experience working on paid media campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook or similar platforms).

Self-motivated individual with a passion for marketing, advertising, and campaign management.

Strong knowledge of SEM best practices.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks across several clients with differing degrees of priority.

Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Ability to work collaboratively on a team.

Intermediate knowledge of Excel, including intermediate formulas (e.g. vlookup).

Google Ads Certified or maintains other similar certifications.
