The

Head of Talent

will work directly with all the co-founders and the Chief People Officer, in our

Miami office,

and will be one of the most impactful roles in the company. We are seeking a powerful, dynamic, up-and-coming executive who will take us to places we’ve never reached before.

The

Head of Talent

will:

Manage and implement the full cycle recruitment processes, and lead a high performing team of full cycle recruiters.

Manage and fill our candidate pipeline with highly qualified candidates that match our Company culture.

Define and maintain our Company Culture

Act as the ultimate gatekeeper of qualified candidates to join our team.

Build the systems and processes for candidate outreach, talent marketing, and referrals to attract and hire the best people.

Oversee every step of the hiring process from drafting job posting to extending offers.

Collaborate with the Department Managers to forecast their hiring needs throughout the year.

Create a high touch, white glove candidate experience for all applicants.

Work with the leadership team to define the company wide talent strategy and operationalize that vision with excellent recruiting best practices.

About You

You are a great fit for this role if you:

Are a people first leader who demonstrates commitment to people and culture.

A “player/coach” who can guide and lead from experience in sourcing, interviewing techniques and practices, and reference checks.

You are excellent at reading people and understanding the psychology that motivates them.

You have experience in building and growing teams and maintaining a great work environment and culture built around the people.

You can source the best candidates efficiently and build workflows and automate the entire hiring process.

Qualifications

At least 5 or more years of experience in hiring, recruiting, and building teams.

Deep experience in leveraging technology to establish workflow tools, automation, reporting tools, etc.

A track record of setting and achieving company goals.

Experience in an executive or senior role.

Familiarity with best in class business applications for sales, marketing, and finance.

Experience in the real estate technology industry.

Bonus Points

Experience in SaaS and startups.

Experience in the real estate and/or technology industry

Experience with HR software such as BambooHR, BreezyHR, FreshTeams or other similar platforms.

Additional Information

You will work directly with our co-founders, top level executives, department managers and the Chief People Officer and be the lead of the HR rectruitment department. The salary is based on experience and is highly competitive.
