Director, HCP PrEP Market Expansion , you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative team, who are on a mission to increase awareness, knowledge, relevancy, and usage of PrEP as part of preventative health for all who could benefit from it. You will be responsible for:
Support identification of future non-PrEP writing HCPs for market development and expansion and develop a measurable, prioritized plan and strategic approach.
Lead insights generation of non-PrEP writers, and ensure Gilead as an organization deeply understands these new providers' drivers and barriers to PrEP adoption.
Lead Development of Unbranded Campaign and Educational Content for US HCPs, including but not limited to Imagery, Messaging/Content Development, Materials, Tactics, and Channel Mix.
Lead development direction for field staff as called upon.
Drive tactical planning and integration of unbranded campaign/educational content where appropriate.
Explore novel HCP channel development and partner with internal stakeholders to build appropriate systems and infrastructure (i.e. CRM).
Responsible for contributing towards Launch Readiness Reviews, timing, coordination, and execution for HCP work (as appropriate).
Partner closely with L4P and D4P brand leads to ensure there is appropriate synergy and separation between work.
Manage AOR to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of strategy and tactics.
Partner closely with Reg, Legal, Medical, II&D, MM, Global, and PrEP HCP Marketing.
Partner with the greater Prevention Marketing Team to coordinate omnichannel engagement and implement HCP strategies and tactics.
Partner with Gilead Digital Strategy Operations (DSO) and Media and Creative Agency Partners to operationalize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to become more insightful and actionable.
Identify opportunities to pilot new ideas to reach and engage HCPs in innovative ways that drive business results.
Develop and deliver presentations to key internal stakeholders (HIV business unit, leadership team, sales teams) and external audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years’ Experience OR Masters' Degree and Ten Years’ Experience OR PhD and Eight Years’ Experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
Previous experience in marketing, market research and/or pharmaceutical sales developing markets is preferred.
Expert understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials.
Proven ability to work well as part of a team and in leading teams.
Strong desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
MBA or other advanced business degree is desired.
In-depth knowledge and experience in franchise-specific market is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years in product marketing or advertising in the pharma/healthcare space is preferred.
Experience with content management systems a plus.
Managed Markets knowledge preferred.
Previous pharmaceutical/biotech or related field sales or sales management experience is preferred.
Previous experience with HCP delivered injectable products and/or prevention based therapeutic areas preferred.

The salary range for this position is: $221,170.00 - $286,220.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
