**Job Title: Quality Inspector****Job Description**Perform inspection of printed circuit boards using small hand tools. Attention to detail and accuracy are of high importance for quality purposes. The ability to swiftly change tasks without hesitation or error is essential.**Responsibilities**+ Perform inspection of printed circuit boards using small hand tools.+ Support all departments on the production floor.+ Stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently while handling loads.+ Lift and manipulate up to 35lbs.+ Work independently as well as in a team environment.**Essential Skills**+ Attention to detail and accuracy.+ Ability to change jobs swiftly without hesitation or error.+ High School diploma preferred or GED acceptable.+ Ability to read and follow written instructions.+ Ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**+ Assemble and install components to exact specifications.+ Operate power tools comfortably and with confidence.+ Use basic hand tools, sockets, drivers, etc.+ Understand torque and Loctite specifications.+ De-paneling, swaging, and arbor pressing electronic boards.+ Ability to read a bill of materials, assembly drawings, and other electronic information.+ Electronic manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.**Why Work Here?**Join a small, family-owned company that offers a great opportunity to grow your career. The job requires handling electronic boards and components, using various hand and power tools.
