Job Title: Governance and Process Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled
Governance and Process Manager
to lead the development and management of key governance processes within the Product Architecture Review Board (PARB) function. This role involves managing communications, documentation, and the coordination of technical reviews, as well as ensuring compliance with risk control and audit standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and maintain governance sustainability across processes.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all communications for the PARB function, including developing technical documents, governance documentation, and voting procedure guidelines.Oversee the development of internal publications, such as process work procedures, templates, newsletters, and email announcements.Ensure the sustainability of PARB risk control processes and support related reviews (e.g., GIS/GCOR).Generate and maintain audit reports, manage metrics, and track process performance.Lead the coordination and logistics of product architecture review meetings, ensuring timely documentation and alignment with governance procedures.Manage SharePoint sites and integrate project tracking tools such as Jira to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.Collaborate with teams across various functions and organizational levels to drive process improvements and ensure governance compliance.Provide guidance and support on special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk controls.Ensure continuous process improvements and optimization to enhance customer experience and process outcomes.Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of industry experience, including at least 2+ years of experience in process governance.Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive documents (e.g., process work procedures, guidelines).Experience in governance and risk control processes, including generating audit reports and managing metrics.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).Experience managing SharePoint sites and integrating tools like Jira for project and workflow management.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Excellent collaboration, relationship management, and interpersonal skills to work across functions and organizational levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to combine and organize data, identify patterns, and generate meaningful insights.Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Desired Skills:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.Quick learner and self-starter with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.Previous experience with process governance in large organizations or within the financial services industry.Job Requirement
