you'll collaborate with the founders to develop and execute key initiatives. You'll drive revenue growth by executing sales and marketing initiatives. Leading the recruitment of high-performing teams, particularly in sales, marketing, finance, and engineering, will be a key focus. You'll manage internal operations across Finance, IT, and HR, and streamline processes for efficiency. The role requires someone highly analytical and strategic, thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.This is an in-person position. Our office is located in San Francisco, CA.What you'll be working onSpearhead GTM strategy, including sales and marketing initiatives, to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, participating in the sales process to get a deep understanding of our customers.

Collaborate closely with founders to translate high-level company goals into actionable operational plans.

Lead recruitment efforts to build high-performing teams across sales, marketing, product, and engineering.

Oversee and optimize internal operations, including Finance, IT, and HR, ensuring efficiency and alignment with core business priorities.

Manage and expand Intrinsic's external presence through executive events, industry conferences, thought leadership content, and communications.

Drive data-driven decision-making by developing and monitoring key performance indicators across all business functions.

Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business needs, pivoting strategies as necessary to maintain growth momentum.

Requirements3+ years of investment banking, management consulting, or tech operations.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Strong communication skills, confident and concise in verbal, written, and presentation formats.

Self-motivated, independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in modeling and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Familiarity with Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or online anti-abuse preferred.
