We ask that you have a strong emphasis on internal cross-functional leadership and external contract negotiation. You will have a proven track record in marketing, partnership development, and contract management within the sports and music industries. The scope of this role is both global and US-focused, requiring experience managing partnerships on both levels.About the JobLead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for collaborations, sports and music partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Partner with executive team on generating global business strategy and long-term vision for our energy programs.Promote collaboration across internal teams including marketing, product, legal, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of partnership plans.Negotiate contracts with external partners, ensuring favorable terms, compliance with company policies, and alignment with strategic goals.Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to enhance brand visibility, drive business growth, and create unique value propositions.Continue brand-building evolution of Levi’s Stadium sponsorship, maximizing impressions and ROI, delivering best-in-class media value.Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns that leverage sports and music partnerships to engage target audiences and increase customer loyalty.Analyze the performance of partnership initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.Represent us at industry events, conferences, and meetings to foster relationships with key stakeholders and experts.Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.Establish trusted relationships with globally influential brands and individuals.Lead and mentor a team of 5.You will report to our VP, Global Marketing.About YouBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partnerships and contract negotiation within the sports and music industries.Contract management skills, with a ability to secure favorable terms and manage complex agreements.Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.Deep experience managing all programs and content creation related to professional sports and athlete sponsorships.Prior experience with Talent, Players, Team, League and Legal or team contract negotiation.Experience with integrated marketing campaigns combining storytelling and experiential marketing.Emphasis on team experience to support existing Contract Negotiation & Sponsorships, including existing partnership conversations.Ability to anchor the strategy in relevant culture and sub-cultures for the brand, with a finger on the pulse of culture and sub-cultures that are brand aligned and brand elevating.Experience in GTM process and understanding of product development.Experience working across PR, social, media, DTC, creative, and content teams.The expected starting salary range for this role is $173,000-$262,600 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.Levi Strauss & Co.
