.What you’ll doDrive end-to-end deals from pipeline generation to close, ensuring alignment with ARR targets for 2025
Refine sales playbook and execution strategy, contributing to pricing strategy and implementation of an effective sales methodology
Directly manage a team of 6-8 Account Executives to achieve their quotas
Plan and provide regular forecasting across the book of business
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, solutions consulting/implementation and operations to ensure seamless internal processes and ongoing sales enablement
Guide evolution of our stack of sales enablement tools and workflows (CRM, lead gen tools, pipeline management, outreach automation)
Who you are5+ years of direct selling experience
2+ years of direct sales management experience in an early-stage startup environment
Proven track record of overachievement in previous revenue-generating roles, particularly in a mid-market environment (e.g. lower to mid five figure deals)
Experience selling contracts to C-level stakeholders, with bonus points for experience with Finance & Accounting
Ability to deeply understand key business drivers at prospective customers and instantly align product positioning toward them
Self-starter with infectious enthusiasm and grit who sees opportunities and solutions, not roadblocks and can bring energy and hustle to drive a high-performance culture
Ready to work 4+ days a week from our NYC-based office
