We’re growing quickly with a product people love and we’ve proven we can service companies of all stages and industries — from early-stage startups to mid-market companies in industries like technology, logistics, and property management.This is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup as one of the first employees and have work that directly impacts the future of how companies are built.As the Head of Sales at Stable, you will lead and execute on our sales strategy and targets. We’ve recently invested in better supporting our mid-market and enterprise segments — including going live with customized automations, SSO, access control, and SOC 2 security. As a result, we’ve 5x’d the impact of sales revenue in the past year, bringing on companies like Thumbtack, GitLab, and Glassdoor.These companies are finding Stable organically, fueling strong inbound pipeline and demand. We work with companies in all industries from technology to property management and healthcare — and are just getting started. With such strong market pull, it’ll be your responsibility to double down on what’s working and build a world-class team to close them.A few of your responsibilities will include:

Set & execute on sales revenue targets

— As a member of our leadership team, you’ll lead the sales strategy, forecast scenarios, and anticipate bottlenecks to exceed revenue goals.Coach the sales team

— You’ll onboard, motivate, and support the growth of a high-performing sales team. From guiding them through critical negotiations to fostering a winning culture, you’ll be hands-on in shaping their success.Drive strategic sales initiatives

— From selling a new product to going after an untapped segment, you’re comfortable managing your own pipeline in order to best write the playbook for scale.This role is a great fit for someone that is invigorated about wearing a lot of hats and building out the sales function at a fast-growing startup.What you value

Build and execute on Stable’s sales strategySet goals and track key performance indicatorsManage & coach a high-performing sales teamClose key deals and manage your own pipelineDrive strategic sales initiativesCollaborate with go-to-market, customer success, operations, and product teams on launches, feedback, and moreMinimum Requirements

5+ years experience in a sales and/or sales leadership role at a B2B startupExperience selling and closing software products, ideally through an account executive roleExposure to a variety of go-to-market motions ranging from self-serve to enterprise salesProficiency in a full-stack of sales and analytic tools including Hubspot, Google Sheets, Metabase, or similarStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat we offer
