The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and leadership team at Mochi Health to advance strategic initiatives, optimize cross-functional operations, and ensure company-wide alignment with our mission to improve patient-centered healthcare. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and strategic skills.What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define, prioritize, and implement strategic goalsOversee and drive cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables align with organizational prioritiesBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, providers, and team membersMonitor industry trends and regulatory changes within healthcare to inform decision-making and strategic planningFacilitate collaboration across departments, breaking down silos and driving operational efficiencyConduct research and analysis on healthcare policy, market dynamics, and emerging industry trendsWho You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering, healthcare administration, or related STEM field; advanced degree preferred3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environmentStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teamsExcellent strategic planning and project management abilities, with a high capacity for handling multiple initiativesFamiliarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry policiesData-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisionsAdaptable, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCompensation and Benefits:
The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $180,000 to $250,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
