We are currently seeking a

Talent Acquisition Manager

to lead our Talent Team. If you are looking for an opportunity to make people happy and have an impact on an organization's culture, this is the place for you. The Talent Acquisition Manager, as leader of the Talent Team, will support an amazing company culture as we continue to expand and will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and overall recruiting efforts to bring top talent to DGDG.

What you'll be working on:

Build an external network of industry top talent to attract top manager candidates and develop a bench of candidates for future needs.

Lead and oversee all aspects of recruiting for DGDG, which includes multiple franchise dealerships and home office roles.

Lead a team of 2 recruiters with a focus on developing their skills.

Track recruiting metrics and report on performance.

Implement new sourcing methods and strategies and update and maintain recruiting processes.

Provide hiring managers with guidance on interviewing techniques and partner on staffing needs.

Nurture DGDG presence and programs around local schools, job fairs, and recruiting events.

Continue to build DGDG’s professional network through relationships with candidates, schools, and other partners.

What you need to bring to the table:

First and foremost, a can-do attitude. As a leader in the organization, a successful candidate must maintain a positive approach to any situation.

Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager and with full-life cycle recruiting.

Integrity. DGDG believes in doing things the right way, 100% of the time.

A headhunter mentality.

A passion for people, candidate experience, and finding the best talent.

Strong ability to network and drive partnerships.

Experience recruiting for manager-level roles and/or executive search is a plus.

Good understanding of social media, job boards, and other professional networks.

Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization.

Excellent collaborative, communicative, and interpersonal skills.

Strong decision-making skills.

Experience in a fast-paced industry or retail preferred.

Salary Range: $90,000-$140,000/annually. Pay will be based on individual experience.
