This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your career in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients. You will play a critical role in the company's financial management, including direct responsibility for tax planning, compliance, and research. Responsibilities:As a Tax Senior Manager, your core responsibilities will include:1. Overseeing the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041).2. Providing innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients.3. Managing client relationships, including interacting with clients to resolve tax and audit issues.4. Supervising and mentoring junior staff, including reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.5. Conducting tax research projects to optimize client tax positions.6. Ensuring timely and high-quality services that will exceed client expectations.7. Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and manage risk.8. Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and legislation to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.Qualifications:To be considered for this challenging and rewarding role, you will need to meet the following criteria:1. A minimum of 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax.2. Extensive experience with 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041 tax returns.3. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is mandatory.4. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A Master's degree or advanced certification would be advantageous.5. Exceptional client service skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.6. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively managing teams.7. Excellent research and writing skills.8. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.9. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.10.
